Itโ€™s Monday of Thanksgiving Week, and today weโ€™re focusing on gratitude and generosity. As we prepare for the holiday, letโ€™s think about how we can positively impact with those around us.

Step 1: Reflect on Who Youโ€™re Grateful For
Write down the names of three people whoโ€™ve made a difference in your life this year. Take a few moments to reach out to at least one of them today. A simple โ€œthank youโ€ text or heartfelt message can brighten someoneโ€™s day.

Also consider one thing youโ€™re thankful for in each of these categories: relationships, personal growth, and simple joys. Let this exercise remind you of the abundance in your life.

Step 2: Share the Spirit of Giving
Think about a way you can spread kindness today. Maybe itโ€™s a small donation, helping someone in need, or even writing a kind note to leave for a stranger. The act doesnโ€™t need to be bigโ€”it just needs to come from the heart.

Think about one way you can give back to your community or loved ones this week. Maybe itโ€™s donating to a food bank, offering to help a family member, or even baking something special to share. Generosity, no matter how small, creates a sense of connection.

Step 3: Fitness Challenge

  • Option 1: Go for a 30-minute walk while reflecting on how generosity has impacted your life.
  • Option 2: Energize yourself with 15 minutes of light cardio, like jumping jacks, jogging in place, or dancing.

Generosity and gratitude go hand in hand. By focusing on both, you create a cycle of positivity that touches everyone around you.
