• Option 1: Take a 20-minute reflective brisk walk or jog and think about the moments of spiritual growth or transformation in your life. Think about how spiritual guidance has influenced your life. Dedicate each step to someone who’s helped you grow.
• Option 2: Complete a workout circuit: 3 rounds of 15 push-ups, 20 lunges, and 20 jumping jacks. Use this time to reflect on what drives your personal transformation.
